During testing, Free includes 50 monthly pages, one envelope and one queue with our AI model. Paid upgrades are locked. Register on this website and verify your email. Ordinary applications for a new isolated account are assessed automatically; Innovation Anywhere reviews exceptions in CRM. Approval is followed by an activation invitation. Test operation uses legal drafts, not approved commercial terms.
Standard is a fixed monthly package of 1,000 pages: 1,000 CZK with your own model or 1,500 CZK with our IA Managed model. Using all 1,000 pages brings the cost per page to 1 CZK or 1.50 CZK, respectively. With lower usage, you pay the same package price, so the average cost per processed page is higher. You pay your own AI provider separately. For larger volumes, we will prepare a Pro quote.
The only self-service upgrade will be from Free to Standard. This upgrade is also locked during the current testing period. An administrator handles upgrades to Pro and other plan changes based on agreed terms and capacity.
An operator sees the original document and extracted values side by side. Where location evidence is available, the corresponding place in the document is shown. Validation results are part of the review, and values can be corrected and confirmed. The history records the processing workflow.
Use AI Queue Builder to draft a schema from sample documents. Then choose the fields, data types and validation rules you need. Test the setup with your own documents before using it in regular operation.
Free uses our IA Managed model. Standard lets you use IA Managed or connect your own Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock; Pro also supports your own connection. With your own connection, you manage the models, permissions and usage charges with your provider. CoreIA separates organizations and controls access through roles. Data processing terms depend on the deployment.
The result may need human review. CoreIA shows the extracted values, validation results and available context from the original, so an operator can decide whether to correct or reprocess them. Successful extraction alone does not guarantee that every value is correct.
The website, application and public API use encrypted HTTPS connections.
Source document storage blocks public access and uses AWS KMS as its default encryption for stored objects.
The document API rejects anonymous requests. Organization membership and user permissions further control document access.

Documents or their content are sent to the configured AI provider for extraction; its terms depend on the connection. We do not claim that all processing takes place exclusively in the EU.
